As of 01.01.2015 new rules for accreditation of branches and representative offices of foreign companies to apply

The branches and representatives offices, which have been accredited earlier, shall confirm its accreditation and the accreditation of personnel with the Federal Tax Service until 01.04.2015. The branches and representative offices, which failed to confirm within the prescribed term, shall not be entitled to run their activity, whereby their accreditation documents shall become no longer valid.
