Customs Law

Customs

Gradual globalization led to the situation when an increasing number of companies export their goods into foreign markets without intermediaries and purchase goods directly from foreign manufacturers. Establishment of customs unions within the European Union and between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belorussia removed customs borders, simplified and unified customs proceedings that in turn opened additional opportunities for manufacturers. At the same time both producers and suppliers should have in mind special statutory requirements to certain types of imported and exported goods and current customs tariffs.

We consult our clients on the following issues of customs regulations:

  • - ñustoms regimes in import and export transactions;
  • - The Customs Union between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus;
  • - custom clearance.

Besides that we cooperate closely with one of the leading company specializing in customs clearance in the sea port of Saint Petersburg. Thanks to cooperation we not only advise clients on customs law issues but also support them in customs clearance of imported and exported goods.
